MODEL: TP-MS4x4

The TP-MS4x4 midspan PoE power sources are designed to efficiently supply PoE and data to multiple devices from a central location, such as an operations room or equipment cabinet. Each PoE device features a dedicated data-in port alongside a data-out/PoE port. This midspan supports Passive PoE and is fully compatible with Gigabit Ethernet, ensuring seamless integration with high-speed networks.

One of the standout features of the TP-MS4x4 is its Universal Voltage (MultiVolt) PoE outputs, which means the PoE voltage matches the input voltage. This allows for greater flexibility as you can configure all ports with the same PoE voltage or assign different voltages to individual ports, catering to the varying PoE voltage requirements of connected devices. Additionally, the midspan enables some or all ports to provide reverse voltage PoE, a necessity for certain Passive PoE devices like Canopy and EnGenius, making it highly versatile.

The unit supplies PoE DC Voltage (12V-57V) through pins 4,5 (V+) and 7,8 (V-), with a maximum output of 1A per port. This high power capacity ensures that even the most power-hungry devices receive the necessary power. Each output is protected against overcurrent, over/under voltage, and short circuits, ensuring reliable and secure operation. These protective features contribute to the unit’s long-term durability and dependable performance in various applications.

For easy installation, the midspan comes with DIN rail brackets, allowing for seamless mounting in standard DIN rail setups. This ensures that the unit can be easily integrated into existing infrastructure, reducing setup time and complexity.
